Talking Book Services

The Talking Book Program is a library service that is delivered through a network for libraries and agencies coodinated by the Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS). Talking Books provides free recorded books, magazines and playback equipment to over 15,000 eligible blind, visually impaired, physically handicapped, and reading disabled Ohio residents. Information on this service can be found near the front entrance of the library. Applications are available in the library for any eligible Ohio resident, nursing homes, senior centers, hospitals, adult day care, schools and more.
