Free computer classes

Get connected! Learn to send mail instantly and without postage, pay bills or file your taxes online, search for career opportunities, shop online, increase your education, get health care information any time, and keep in touch with family and friends. The library offers free computer training to adults.

The sessions are designed to introduce new users to computers and the many benefits of the Internet. The curriculum includes six hours of introductory coursework to help adults understand computers and how to use the Internet and email. Upon completion, students new to broadband are eligible to receive discounts from participating providers in their area.

Check the events calendar for class schedules. The program is made possible by Connect Ohio and stimulus money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Connect Ohio is a nonprofit working to help extend affordable high-speed Internet service to every Ohio household.
